You spent 3k for nothing. Either have them fix it or sue.
2007 Grand Cherokee 3.0 crd problem
Had my 07 Grand Cherokee diesel flatbed into the dealer for a limp mode. The dealers had the vehicle over 60 days they said it's done I went down paid the bill 3000 bucks it's still doesn't run limp mode what would you do?
