So I recently purchased a 2014 GC Overland diesel and it's been back to the dealer 4 times, heading in for the 5th next week. At seemingly random times, the key fob won't open the vehicle, which requires manually opening the car (setting off alarm) and the car won't start, nothing seems to happen. It's not a key issue, that was the first thing I had them check. Most recently, they replaced the RF Hub, but the same issue happened multiple times the day after I got it back. I can always get the car to start by releasing the parking brake, that's all it takes. For whatever reason, as soon as I release the brake, everything turns on and I'm able to start the car. I get the blinking red light telling me the alarm has gone off, but otherwise it seems fine. It's a really annoying issue and I'm wondering if anyone on here has experienced something similar because the dealership can't seem to figure it out.
