2014 EcoDiesel replacement engine advice
If there is already a thread for this I apologize in advance, I searched every term from my title and couldn’t find anything.
I have a 2014 GC Limited EcoDiesel I bought a little over a year ago for the 4th time since purchase the service department has my Jeep, it has been determined that I need a new motor. The replacement part# is 05158052AF I’m trying to find more info about the parts used when remanufacturing the motor as well as find out if anyone else has had their motor replaced as well as any suggestions you could give for things I should watch for, i.e. if you had to do it again.
I’m frustrated; but, I absolutely love this Jeep I don’t want to dump it; but, I’m starting to think it might be the smart thing to do. I’m hoping y’all can tell me it all was fixed after new motor!
