I purchased my 2014 GC Limited last July used with 26k miles and I now have 40k miles so my regular warranty is up. Recently the car has developed a diesel leak when the fuel tank is filled all the way. If I fill the filler tube all the way it leaks even more. I have crawled under the car hoping that it was just a loose hose camp but it appears that the regular filler tube is not leaking and I believe it is the smaller overflow tube that is the problem.
Has anyone had a similar problem like this? Since my 36k warranty is up I will most likely need to do the repair on my own. I am not new to working on cars so that doesn't worry me too much, but I wanted to see if this is a common problem that someone else has dealt with.
