No. Amsoil does not have the MS-11106 spec, just Pennzoil Ultra Euro L and Mobil1 ESP. Currently Baldwin is the only aftermarket filter supplier and they aren't as cheap
as the genuine Mopar filters!

Amsoil, Royal Purple, and Motul are three of the best oils out there but are also famous for not submitting their products to major auto manufacturers in order to be "officially" authorized for use in their engines. So I'd have to check but I think all three have something that will work (and be better than Mobil1) but might cause headaches if something happens to the engine and you have to convince dealers to perform warranty work.

You can count on them requiring documentation of maintainance if something fails in the block or turbo. If your oil isn't in spec, get ready to pay up. Not worth it IMHO.
