I am having same problems. Car would not regenerate. Now having incorrect DEF fluid messages and car won't restart. Been in shop for last 10 days. Still no word on what they can do to fix it. Worst car ever!

Update: Mine was fixed with a Catilytic Converter replacement. They also replaced a bad DEF pump.and DEF injector that was clogged with DEF chrystals, and drained/cleaned the DEF tank and lines.

I've driven 1000 miles error free so I think I am out.of the woods on this issue.

Hope they solve the problem permanently for you. I have started the process to try to get Jeep to take this car back. Have over 30 days in the shop, and plenty of exhaust filter, DEF, and check engine light problems. I don't think I can afford this car when warranty is out. Plus I get to drive a little Dodge Dart while my $50K car sits in the shop.
