I've had my 2014 in 4 times on check engine light. Showing exhaust system codes. They went through entire DEF system and finally found crystals in or near DEF injector. Replaced injector. Only made it 40 miles before Ck engine is back on. Headed back to dealer this week. Started all this at maybe 3000 miles. 7400 miles now. Thoughts? Others experiencing this?

Thanks for the copy of the TSB. Confirms the story my dealer told me on Saturday. My JGC has been in the shop since 10/5 with this problem. My dealer has 3 Eco's w/problem. He stated there are 2000 nationwide in dealers with this issue.

Finally got my vehicle back - 7200 miles on the odometer.
They found Code P20EE-00 and replaced the DEF injector. It was only spraying 25ml, new one is spraying 31ml. DEF was "clean with test strip" and 32.5%. (I've used BlueDEF/Peak from WalMart for 5000 miles with no issues). Apparently the DEF Injector recently changed part numbers.
Also performed
RRT 14-049 replaced both Front half Shaft axles.
RRT14-050 BCM Reprogram.
RRT 14-075 DEF Injector Kit-Tie Strap.
Recall P31 Reprogram ACC Module.
RRT14-028 Reprogram PCM.
Flashed TCM
Flashed HVAC Automatic Temperature Control
In the shop for three weeks. Dealer loaned me a JGC V8 - never saw mpg above 14 - glad to have the oil burner back.

I'm back in the shop after the "MegaFlash" and new DEF Injector. Got about 200 miles and the MIL came back on. I'll post the issue once I hear from the dealer. Reopened the STAR case.
