Check Engine - DEF problems

Hi all diesel owners
our 2014 went in again for MIL/check engine light. Code P225C-00.
There is a new SB 18-018-14 Rev D that came out on 17 October 2014.
Picked the car up, drove 50 miles, light back on.
Waiting for another appointment. This is becoming a weekly event.
4 incidents without resolution = Lemon Law eligibility in DE.

I've had my 2014 in 4 times on check engine light. Showing exhaust system codes. They went through entire DEF system and finally found crystals in or near DEF injector. Replaced injector. Only made it 40 miles before Ck engine is back on. Headed back to dealer this week. Started all this at maybe 3000 miles. 7400 miles now. Thoughts? Others experiencing this?
Had similar experience - 3 trips in. There is an upgrade that came out in mid-October to address the NOx code problem. I got about 50 miles away and light came back on. This time the code was for O2 sensor. Turns out the oil fill cap was not properly tightened down by dealer on last oil change. I was skeptical about the cause/effect of a loose oil fill cap, but have been driving for over a week and over 200 miles and no check engine light (MIL) back on; even the dealer put over 90 miles on it. I would recommend checking on that mid-October computer software upgrade.
