Has anyone run into problems with this?
Jeep sent us a letter, and ours is bubbled and peeling so I was glad.
I took it in, and the dealership told me they put me on the waiting list for the parts. I called every couple of months to check on it, and they always told me it was majorly delayed and none had been done.
Then the dealership went out of business. And it turns out, they never actually processed my request and now I’m out of the six month window and the campaign has expired.
The other location owned by that same dealer shows the day I requested it, so I have proof. But that dealership won’t honor it because there’s no way to submit for the campaign prts now that it’s expired, and Jeep corporate says it’s not their problem or their fault since the proper notice was never submitted.
I am so frustrated.
I did the right thing. I can prove I did the right thing, since I have the print out from the dealer with the notes showing my request. But now nobody will help me.
Anyone else?
Hey I just got a letter for the leather dash topper for my jeep. There were a few models that the mats are coming unglued. Mine is and apparently we have six months from today to get it to the dealer and get it fixed. Did any one else get the letter for this in the mail?
