2015 GC eco-diesel, and just before the FCA recall was finalized our def pump went out. We paid for the repair out of pocket, but the recall came through and this was a part under extended warranty. I submitted through FCA for reimbursement, but the claim was denied. I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue and any other result from FCA?

Note: we did complete the emission repairs, but have not accepted the reimbursement pending the outcome of this issue.
