I think settlement is unfair. Those of us (mine was 2014 JGC) who put up with years of DEF issues, waiting for new cat installation, constant MIL illumination, cylinder head replacements, etc we get the lowest offer just because we unloaded a vehicle that was always giving problems. Additionally I purchased the extended warranty ($2100.00) which now is free to current owners and they get the biggest settlement $$$$$$.
