My 2016 GC Diesel Summit has the feature where the driver's seat resets to a convenience position to make it easier to enter and exit the car. When the car starts, the seat is supposed to travel to the preset number 1. The seat stopped doing this and I can't get it to recall a preset anymore either. The power movement functions all still work normally using the switches on the side of the seat.

Any ideas?

I want to say there's a paragraph in the manual about moving the seat all the way back to its limit, then hitting one of the preset (1 or 2) buttons on the door, to reset the memory function. Your tracks have lost their frame of reference and need the limit reset.
