I filed my claim as soon as I got the recall fix, about a week after the notification came out.
My claim status is still "document package complete" but I haven't seen any updates.
The settlement site says they will send an offer and documents but nothing yet.
Has anyone seen progress on their claim?

How long has it been since you filed?

They received mine on June 28th and I still have an hourglass beside my status that they are reviewing it. I've not tried to contact them.

still waiting for payment.. says "settlement check mailed" on claim website.. been a few weeks, no check yet. phone number is just a bunch of recorded messages.. no human to discuss location of "mailed" check..
I am in the same situation as you. It says it’s mailed but haven’t received it yet. When I called they told me that even though it says mailed it could take the 4-6 weeks because it apparently goes through a third party. Have you received yours yet?

On a side note too whenever I’ve called each rep acts brand new as if they don’t understand what’s going on or how to see my case. Now since last Thursday it has said check mailed but haven’t received yet

I called FCA directly a few days ago. After a long string of redirection’s I spoke with someone that told me the checks are sent via certified mail only and it would take 60 to 90 days to receive the check. We’ll see if this comes to fruition

They received my claim paperwork on June 28th. Today they notified me that it was approved. I bought the vehicle used after the prior owner leased for three years. They said I was eligible for $3,075. I guess the previous owner didn't bother to file?

I have not received anything yet. After reset my jeep ran better but poorer mileage?? But after 2 months ext system stopped up again. They then added page of senors. Left dealer and next day check engine light came on? Dealer looked at it and did not know what to do??? I called fca and they called dealer and said fix it?
After a week they did fix and replaced cat and more. jeep is running ok but power is down and mile is now adv 23 miles per gallon down from high of 34.4 before anything was done. I would prefer buy back but nobody want to talk about that? Oct 5 2019

What is the claim about and how can I do it? I just bought this jeep
My guess is that if you just bought it, the prior owner probably got the money. Unless it's been sitting on a dealer's lot for 9 months.

I've noticed now that on Kelly Blue Book Private Party value, my 2015 EcoDiesel is valued almost exactly the same as the Hemi and not much more than the 3.6L, all else equal. I'm guessing that pre-emissions class action, the EcoDiesel was maybe a couple thousand dollars more than the Hemi in the used market?

Actually it was, was in the dealers hands for almost a year

Then I'd start at the link Kst8er provided above: Ecodiesel settlement. You may have to call the number on that site. Did the dealer mention it at all? You'll have to have the AEM done to get the money. I don't know if the dealer would do it on an inventory model or not.
I did it once I picked up the jeep, needed to get something checked and they did the update at the same time

It's been a year for me and it says check mailed, still no check. call and call email and no answer. Is dDodge scaling customers that have already been abused?

Over a year now. Still says check mailed, but no check call and get an email address, but email response just says can't open attachment even when no attachment exists.

I started the process with my 2015 Eco diesel about 4 months ago. I feel like I'm getting the run-around. Initially they accepted that I was eligible. Then the fun started. Every time i sent something in they would not respond. Then I'd go to the chat board on the settlement update page and they would be more specific on what they needed. For instance, they didn't like my lawyer's notary form, so I had to redo it. Each little thing took another couple of weeks and they wouldn't respond to my email until I got onto a chat. Are they just stalling to pay for this?
