Rodents have made a nest out of the woven knitted sleeve covering the EGR tube under the hood (Right aft side, under the heavy rubberized movable heat shield.)They destroyed about 50% of it. It appears that the only way to get a new sleeve from MOPAR is to buy a new EGR tube.
Does anyone have a lead on where the materiel used in the sleeve can be purchased?? I've put some foil backed materiel around the tube as a temp fix, but it looks pretty tacky and I'd like to find something close to the original if possible
PS I think I've solved the rodent problem with a 12 V ultrasonic emitter.
