I have been strongly considering purchasing the GDE Hot Tune for my 2014 JGC Overland EcoDiesel but have a few questions. Forgive my ignorance... I love cars... but I'm not particularly mechanically-inclined.
Firstly ... Will having this tune have any effect on my jeep passing its annual inspection (North Carolina)?
Secondly ... I'm not sure which features to select: Engine Braking, Regen Message, High Idle, and Off-Road Tuning.
My main goal is to reduce turbo lag/increase responsiveness. Secondary goals would be to increase power and improve mileage. I rarely do any towing or significant off-roading.
Any input would be helpful. Thanks!
