I am posting this in case anyone out there experiences an engine failure on the highway. My fuel pump died, and let me tell you the vehicle is like a beached whale. You cannot use any normal method to get it into neutral. If your tow guy does not know this, there is a 'release' mechanism located at the back of the central console between driver and front passenger. The back panel comes off that handy two-level space to reveal a locking mechanism with a pull-cord. I guess this is in the user manual, but I had missed it. Go take a look so you know when something bad happens. This is simply for information.
