Is this what oil in the coolant looks like?

My F150 had coolant that broke down like that. It wasn't that oil was getting into it. Let it sit and look into the coolant reservoir. The oil should float on top. Also drain your oil pan and see if there's coolant in it. That'll tell you for sure. Maybe someone else has another idea as well.
