Just bought the wife a 2008 Diesel JGC
I have owned a few duramaxes and I have always done my own work on them included programming them, removing DPF and EGR etc..
I am very comfortable with diesels.
That being said, what do I need to know about these Jeeps?
-fuel filter replaced x2 a year?
-Do they have a spin on transmission filter to replace x2 a year?
-stock air filter ok?
-I'm not going to chip and rip out emmisions on this Jeep since its the wife's lol.. But is there any mod's that should be done?
-I was reading it's very important to change out the timing belt on these after 100,000kms. True?
