Hey guys, hope to bring a little life back to this forum. Been browsing for the last couple weeks learning a bit about these vehicles.
I just recently "mostly" finished my JKU build I've been working hard on for a while.

My wife's Tribute has been giving us some problems so she's been driving the Jeep daily to work for the past 3 weeks while trying to fix it and buy her a new ride.
Found this 2016 Overland with under 6k miles in Oklahoma for roughly 10k under bluebook so I snatched it up. Just got it delivered Friday and we're loving it so far.

Ready to start ordering parts to free up this engine and help prolong it's life. My good friends at PPEI will be doing the tuning.

Plan on going with the Flo-pro turbo back replacement pipe.

Banks replacement intake manifold.

Not sure on the rear half of the exhaust selection. Since most only replace the dpf back with straight pipe exhaust, it still has the parts upstream to deaden some of the noise. I don't mind the normal diesel noise outside, but do not want much added noise or annoying drone inside the cab.

For this reason I am considering the AFE system with resonators at the tips.
Does anyone have any input in this area of exhaust combinations and interior noise levels?

Also, I see a lot of "throttle plate deletes" when talking about the Ram Ecodiesel, but nothing mentioned for the Jeep. Is this just coincidence or not applicable for the Jeep?
Found a nice video of this exhaust with ?maybe straight pipe from turbo?

How's your wife's car running? You get anything deleted?

Ya did the deletes, tune, exhaust, and drop springs. Runs great!
Great to hear. Once I hit 100K I'll be doing the same.

What Tune did you go with?
Did the tune Delete the emissions?( Not too familiar how the delete works)
How does the AFE Exhaust sound? Is that a straight pipe?
PPEI 40hp tune
The tune will turn all the emissions off. You can then remove/delete them.

I'm pretty happy with the exhaust. It has 2 resonators near the tips

Are you still active on here and if so... how did you get to 43mpg!? I have a stock 2015 and would love to know what you have done and what has made the biggest improvements.

I avg 30 mpgs now that I'm deleted and tuned. Went with the PPEI 20 HP off road tune

That was just easy driving around here in Louisiana. We're still showing 38+ on the dash now with everyday driving not caring about the numbers.

I'm convinced you swapped that dash into a vw tdi...

What all have you deleted?
