My wife and I bought a 14 limited with the eco in it. It had 30k miles. From 30 to 39k it has been at two different dealers 6 times. It stranded me in Florida for 3 days and dealer could not fix it. They reset the limp message to vehicle will not restart in 11 miles. I had to drive it all the way to nc without shutting it off. They had it a week. I picked it up and 4 hours later the check engine light came back on. I took all of my stuff out of it and left it on their lot yesterday. They refuse to refund or take ours and give us a gas model of equal value. I am trying to find out what 181904ce module, engine control is. I found 181904ac is. It had been to two different dealerships 7 times before I bought it that I was unaware of and 6 more in the 4 months I have owned it. Is there anything I can do. Thank you for all of your help in advance.

Please someone respond. We are stuck with 1 vehicle and the dealership hasn't offered a loaner either. May be because I made them mad, but that is no excuse. Left a message on the gms voicemail yesterday and he won't return calls either. I'm a dodge and jeep guy but they are trying to make me feel helpless and crack. Do I have a legal case?

Are you saying it 'needs 181904ce module replaced'? That would be up to dealer to do. Can they document what 'system re-flashes' were performed? The newest ones have solved virtually all the 'drivability' problems* (besides having the new CATS installed*). As side note 'all pollution control equipment' is guaranteed for 7 years and 80,000 miles.
