Hello,
I recently purchased a 2008 WK 3.0L diesel with 168K miles. The Jeep is having long cold start issues. It has no codes and I believe it to be injectors. I do smell some fuel under the hood. I am looking at reman injectors on Ebay from Diesel Fixneuss.

Are you absolutely sure your problem is with the injectors? Have you checked that the glow plugs are 100%?

Hello, I have plugged in the block heater during warm months and it still starts hard when the motor hasn't been started in a few days. Based on everything I read, I believe the injectors/injector seals are going.

A block heater will not be help an engine start if the glow plugs and/or module are defective. A block heater can't possibly raise the combustion chambers to the point where Diesel will burn. Have you had them checked? Why do you think your injectors and seals are faulty?

Forgive this question. It is not meant as an insult. Do you know what glow plugs are?
