Not on the diesel, but on my bride's '14 3.6 Overland. Hopped in the car, hit the button, and it kept grinding away to start. Then, it locked everything in the car down, including the brakes. Apparently fried the whole fuse box. Tow truck could not get it into neutral.
On my way home tonight, and hope to learn more in the days ahead. They've already received the parts and repair should be done by tomorrow night.
Anyone else hear of this happening?
