Bought a 2014 GC Overland Diesel last week. Love it so far but I've become a bit worried.
112K miles from a very respected Toyota dealer and came with a 12 months warranty.

Thought I did research but apparently not enough. Sure hope this thing isn't a ticking time bomb.
Own a 08 Ford F350 6.2 that I had to do a CAT/DPF delete and tune otherwise it was in self destruct mode.

Found that the AEM was performed May 2019.

As the second owner would I have possible claim to the settlement?
Also after reading do you know when the date was when the court final approval of the settlement?
And how does one find if the previous owner filed and received their claim?

Check out this website Ecodiesel settlement
and it should give you an option to check the VIN to determine whether or not your JGC is eligible. It should also say when the settlement date was.
I'm not sure whether or not you can actually check on the previous owners claim, I tried doing that with this settlement group and they wouldn't give me any info.
