Ever since the majority of us got the new cat replacements, this forum has been fairly quiet....anyone else notice that?

Same observation. Had our cat replaced back in Jan. Went on a 5,300 mile trip and no problems/messages. 23,000+ on it now and everything is OK. Average 30+ MPG. DEF from Walmart.
I received mine earlier this year...getting an oil change next Friday and will purchase more Mopar DEF at the dealer (need about 3 gallons). If all goes well with that DEF, I'll probably branch out to the aftermarket stuff since it's way cheaper.
Look to me like all this board wants to do, for the most part, is bitch and moan and talk about potential law suits. I've tried to post about the more pleasant sides of our EcoDiesels and the money hijack the thread. PITA. The Jeep Garage board is way more useful.
I was thinking that if I post something positive they will be back. I actually had another new cat installed after 2500 miles..... and I still am not complaining. It would not clear for inspection so they went through it all again..... took three days.... they topped off the tank... and extended my warranty. I didn't even have to ask. I love the vehicle and have gotten excellent support. But I have been working with and not against them. It's as if these other people are dealing with a totally different company. I have never ever in my life had a vehicle that suits me better.

+1 for sure. I've got many moons of 4x4's behind me and I agree with that. Rose colored glasses, maybe, but I love it.

Yes, I have also noted that. I am also aware that I have not been on this forum as much, lately, and that several of the early users have long been absent. It will be interesting to see if the tenor of posts here change over time as the early diesels, as mine has, finely all get new converters and software updates. I also monitor and occasionally post on a Corvette forum. The posts there tend to be more constructive, even when there is a problem. Of course, I cannot imagine there will ever be a Vette V-8 diesel. Interestingly, my Vette gets about the same gas mileage as my JGC diesel, but it only seats two and will not go off road, very far. In spite of the early JGC diesel problems, I can say, now, that it has turned out, finally, to be the car I wanted. I do agree that Jeep failed to adequately prepare for the diesel release. I also acknowledge that I broke my cardinal rule, "Never buy a first edition vehicle."
Same here after a few problems got a new Cat and update and no problems. I love my JGC.
