Summit door hinges

Had a 2104 diesel that Jeep bought back now my 2015 has door hinges wearing out at 12,000 miles. It starts out with a dry scraping sound then progresses to a triple clunk as the door is opened full travel. I had one lower hinge replaced on the drivers door and now the others are starting out the same way with the scraping sound. No way to lube them. Even tried spray white grease

Now what did they screw up?
