As others have advised and I've followed: a spray paint or hornet spray can lid fits nicely to keep water out of fuel intake.
Door seems misaligned and seal seems insufficient.
First service tech I mentioned this to, went to look it up and found he wasn't qualified to look at it?!

Turns out you can lock yourself out.
My daughter left FOB in cargo area.
Was about to call locksmith when wife reminded me of UConnect phone app; whew!

Placing the current mpg in the upper left corner of instrument cluster gives constant feedback, a reminder to lighten up.
Managed 33 mpg with 4x4 on 1900 mile trip over Thanksgiving.

How do you put this in the upper corner, I keep leaving the fuel info up & running.

when parked, there is a system setup screen in the main display, use the up or down arrows on the left hand key pad on the wheel to cycle to the correct screen. In there it allows you to change certain setting like current mpg. I wish it could display oil temp in one of the corners....

When I read the UConnect contract, I didn't want to give them authorization to listen to my phone conversations and give them the rights to give those records to third parties, so I back out of that.

Sidesteps MUCH cheaper from Parts than option. Even cheaper if offered 'internal' price after purchase of new vehicle. If you install yourself, get 10mm closed end ratchet wrench; you won't have to take anything off to make room for socket wrench. Pic posted in "I've got my diesel jeep" thread.

First Service:
Oil prompt went off ~7000. Scheduled service.
I was probably first service for dealer.
Had to go back because they didn't have filter.
Noticed issue with passenger headlight during remote start; told bad headlight and it's on order.
***Complained about water in fuel fill and lousy seal, email back from Jeep said door was dust cover and working as designed.
Designed to put water in fuel?! I was told I could register a complaint myself.
Received vehicle software update, told it would help mpg. It did. Significantly, maybe, will know in two weeks... posted more on another thread.
Updated UCONNECT software myself via usb, mobile apps not all that, cumbersome, slow... but voice command recognition time way down! (good youtube video with someone updating RAM 8.4AN, works the same on Jeep)
