Top Harness chewed by rat

Hello, I have a 2015 JGC Ecodiesel and I discovered a nest in my engine compartment under the plastic cover... F'n rat built a nest and chewed through a couple of wires next to the wishbone looking plastic channel. Anyone know where I can find the wiring diagram to know what those wires are?
And is there an easy way to pop those clips without breaking them?
