I am new to the group and this is my first post. I have found lots of very helpful information here regarding my 2014 JGC ecodiesel and I thank you!
I recently purchased a larger Camper (about 6000 lbs loaded with a 550 lb tongue weight) and plan on using the weight distributing hitch and sway control. Can I get some guidance on properly setting up the hitch with the air bag suspension on the rear axle of my JGC. I read somewhere in the past that if done incorrectly you could overload the rear axle and possibly damage the system. I do plan on weighing the set up at the scales but I am just looking for a bit of guidance. I do have plenty of experience with towing heavy with other vehicles just limited experience with air bag systems.
I have the 4x4 Limited model with the factory tow package.
