What’s this new mod to the mod?

Am I reading this newest letter correctly that I need to take it in for another emissions modification? In regards to the acceleration lag? Or are they just saying, yes there’s a lag, and it’s minor so oh well?

Sorry if there was a post about this already - it’s hard to tell if any are discussing a 2nd mod.
